The service

RoofScope AI generates roof measurement estimates and material takeoffs from an address, using AI analysis of satellite imagery and public elevation data. Reports are estimates for bidding purposes, not certified surveys — you are responsible for verifying measurements on site before ordering material or submitting an insurance claim.

Credits

1 credit = 1 residential report; commercial and multifamily reports use 1.75 credits per structure. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Credits are not refundable once a report has been generated, except when report generation fails.

Demo mode

Payments are currently simulated. No real charge occurs. This will be clearly announced before real billing is enabled.

API use

Your API key is personal to your account — do not share it publicly. You're responsible for usage made with your key.
