What we collect

Your email and hashed password to run your account, the property addresses you submit to generate reports, and usage/credit history tied to your account.

How addresses and imagery are used

Each address is sent to Google's Geocoding and Maps APIs to retrieve a satellite image, and that image is sent to an AI model (Claude and/or Gemini) to detect roof measurements. We do not sell this data. Generated reports are stored in your account history so you can retrieve them later.

AI-generated measurements are estimates

Reports are produced by AI analysis of satellite imagery and public elevation data — they are informational estimates for bidding, not a certified survey. Always verify measurements on site before ordering material.

Payments

RoofScope AI is currently in demo mode: no real payment is processed and no card data is collected or stored.
